JMPM offer a wide range of Planned Preventative Maintenance services, which we provide on a contract basis that can be tailored to suit the needs and requirements of our Clients. Our PPM Contracts ensure that along with regular maintenance service visits, our Clients are also carrying-out periodic tasks such as Emergency Light testing, Tap Temperature Testing, Fire Extinguisher Servicing, Water Treatments and filter cleaning. 

This type of contract ensures that our Client’s sites achieve compliance under H&S guidelines, and also gives access to our Helpdesk Facility, Priority Service and Discounted Rates.
