JMPM have a team of Mobile Engineers of various skill sets who are readily available to attend our Client’s Sites on a call-out basis when required. We understand that loss of power, water leaks and similar issues can have a major impact on business operations, and under the guidance of our Helpdesk Team we make sure that our engineers respond to all call-out requests within a set time period based on the level of urgency.
